We had such a great stay here! The house itself was awesome…super clean, well-kept, and the beds were incredibly comfortable (everyone in our group slept so well). One of our favorite spots was the cozy screened-in patio with the hanging chairs. It was the perfect place to relax and hang out together.
The street is a little more run down than expected, but we never once felt unsafe, and the surrounding neighborhood actually has some really cool spots nearby.
We did have a small issue with the WiFi, but the hosts were extremely responsive and quick to help, which we really appreciated.
Overall, our entire group loved this place and we would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Despite having an issue with a key to enter the place, the hosts were very responsive. Especially considering it was past midnight! The hosts also made sure to stay in communication to ensure we had a good stay throughout! Very impressed. The house was also as described and the pictures were accurate. Very clean.

We had a great stay! The place was very clean, well-equipped, and had all the amenities we needed for our 4-day trip. The location was super convenient — close to both downtown and the airport — and communication with the host was quick and responsive throughout.
The only small downside was the lack of a paved walkway along the side of the property, which made bringing in luggage a bit tricky over the rocks. Street parking was fine overall, just something to be aware of.
That said, none of these things took away from the overall comfort and experience. We’d definitely stay here again!

The Airbnb was excellent, beds very comfortable, had everything we needed, the outdoor area was lovely for a refresh and recharge. Everything smelled, looked and felt clean upon arrival, The decor and space were lovely. The host responded super quick and very accommodating. Will definitely stay there next time I visit Austin.
